At Glendale American, we believe learning extends beyond the classroom walls. Our clubs and extracurricular programs give students the opportunity to explore their passions, showcase their creativity, and connect with peers in meaningful ways. With a strong focus on performing and digital arts, our offerings allow students to shine on stage, behind the scenes, and in front of the camera.

Mosaic Clubs & Student Interests

  • K–2 Coding Club – An introduction to problem solving and technology through fun, age-appropriate coding activities.

  • 3–5 Coloring Club – A creative space where younger students practice focus, relaxation, and artistic skills.

  • 4–6 Movie Critics Club – Students explore film as an art form, learning to critique and discuss storytelling techniques.

  • 3–5 Comic Books Club – Encouraging imagination and literacy through the creation and discussion of comics.

  • 6–8 Anime Club – A community for students passionate about anime, art styles, and storytelling.

  • 6–8 K-Pop Club – Celebrating music, dance, and culture through shared interests in Korean pop music.

  • Media and Broadcasting Club (Grades 3–8) – Hands-on opportunities in digital media, video production, and school broadcasting.

Annual Performances & Showcases

Our students take center stage throughout the year in exciting events that highlight their talents and hard work:

  • Blacklight Art @ Trunk or Treat

  • Elf Jr. the Musical (Grades 5–8)

  • Winter Holiday Spectacular

  • Early Spring Student Film Nights

  • Late Spring Theater Shows (Grades 1–4, Quarter 4)

These performances and showcases give students the chance to express themselves while bringing the community together.
